1/8" Weavon - Lt.Moss

7/8" Weavon (Ombre) - Moss Green

9mm Ric Rac - Light Gold/Yellow Gold

There are 3 main differences between the original Pineapple Lei and Mini Princess Pineapple Lei.

1) the mini princess' body is slightly longer

- pre-cut the 9mm Ric Rac ~ 17"

- follow the Pineapple Lei video at 2:35 for sewing the body of the princess pineapple

2) 1/8" Weavon Lt.Moss fringe

- follow the cutting at 1:44 (~ 3.5")

- follow the sewing at 5:28

- repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 pieces

- after you finish sewing the Double Folded leaves (see below), add 5 more fringe pieces

3) Double Folded leaves using 7/8" Weavon moss

Step 1) cut a 2" piece

Step 2) follow the single fold instructions in the Rose Blossom video (5:25 - 5:59)

Step 3) stop following at 5:59

Step 4) fold the single fold piece down in half once more (Double Fold)

Step 5) sew about 1/4" from the end and sew from the bottom so that the opening of the leaf is facing up

Step 6) repeat 4 more times for a total of 5 double folded leaves

This is the sequence for 1 set:

- Pineapple body

- 5 fringe

- 5 double folded leaves

- 5 fringe
